Gujarat Tourism Syllabus 2025 Exam Pattern
- The test will be divided into two phases: Phase A and Phase B, with English as the medium of instruction.
- Gujarati will be used to answer questions on the Gujarati language.
Phase A
- Maths (10th Level): 10 Marks
- Logical Reasoning: 10 Marks
- English Grammar: 10 Marks
- Gujarati Grammar: 10 Marks
- Current Affairs: 10 Marks
- History (Gujarat State): 10 Marks
- Geography (Gujarat State): 10 Marks
- General Knowledge about Tourism: 30 Marks
It will take 90 minutes to complete the exam.
The test is a type of objective test.
Phase B
100-question relevant subject domain question paper for each post worth 100 marks, as detailed below. There will be one mark for each question and a 0.25 negative marking for each incorrect response and unattempted question. For negative marking, there will be no rounding.
- Phase B will have a 50 percent cut-off mark.
- On the basis of the combined marks from Phases A and B, a merit list will be created, from which 7 candidates for the post will be called for document verification.
- Candidates will be responsible for their own expenses when taking the exam, and there will be no compensation.
- Candidates who are called for an examination cannot claim to have been chosen.
