About Digital Workspace Service Desk (DWSD)
The Digital Workspace Service Desk is a unique learning-integrated program that allows B.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS, BA, and BSc economics students to build a remarkable career at Wipro while pursuing their higher education in the EPGDBM (Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management) from a premier educational institution in India, which is sponsored by Wipro.
Wipro DWSD Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Education Criteria
- 10th Standard: 50% or above
- 50% or higher for the 12th Standard
- Graduation requirements: 50% or a CGPA of 5.0 or above, as determined by the university.
- The prevailing criteria and circumstances as outlined by the UGC Guidelines at the time of enrollment will be applied to admission to the EPGDBM degree.
Note: The aggregate percentage for 10th, 12th, and UG should be the sum of all marks received in all subjects in all semesters divided by the maximum marks into all courses. When calculating the aggregate percentage, select subjects or marks on the mark sheet should be ignored.
Year of Passing
- 2025 ONLY
- Between 10th and graduation, a maximum of three years of education is permitted.
- During the graduation time, no gaps are allowed. Graduation should be finished within three years of beginning it.
Qualification
- No MBA is required for B.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS, BA, and B.Sc economics.
Other considerations
- Only full-time courses are available. There will be no part-time, correspondence, or distance learning education in either the 10th or 12th grades, or in the degree programme. The Central/State Governments of India should acknowledge graduation.
- At the time of the selection process, there were no outstanding arrears or backlogs.
- If you have a passport from another country, you must be an Indian citizen or have a PIO or OCI card.
- Citizens of Bhutan and Nepal must present their citizenship certificates.
- Candidates who have taken part in any Wipro recruitment process in the last three months are ineligible.

Wipro DWSD Recruitment 2025 Description of the Position
- Basic computer skills are required to troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers, as well as to respond to support requests by phone, email, chat, and the Internet.
- Because you will be working in International Voice Support, you must have excellent communication abilities.
- Managing data and making adjustments, as well as advising staff and clients on how to deal with difficult or complex situations or resolve complaints.
- Responding to service concerns and requests in a timely manner, as well as overseeing the entire business.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues, identifying and correcting hardware and software flaws.
- Provide assistance, such as process documentation and pertinent reports.
- Support the deployment of new applications and the management of multiple active cases at the same time, as well as providing accurate information on IT goods and services.
- Willing to work in a 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week workplace (rotational shifts).
Service Contract

Stipend
