The purpose of this position is to provide technical assistance to Ubisoft Mumbai and Pune employees who are using their IT equipment. Duties

1. Provide desktop technical help.

Install, maintain, debug, and upgrade a wide range of computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.

Using diagnostic and application software, determine the source and nature of computer malfunction. Adjust, fix, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, with more complicated networking issues referred to network administrators or supervisors.

React to requests for computer assistance from employees having issues with hardware, software, or networking; respond to questions about system functioning and other computer-related technologies; and, as appropriate, provide introductory training and support on new hardware and software to employees.

Provide non-routine procedures/policies with occasional job guidance or orientation.

Problems should be documented and assessed before being resolved or routed as appropriate.

Assist in the deployment of network software and problem diagnostics in collaboration with network administrators.

Follow up with the users and keep them informed of their progress.

Provide consumers with uninterrupted help whenever feasible by utilising a good working knowledge of operating systems and web apps.

Follow the on-site computer assistance schedule.

Perform other tasks that aren’t directly related to computer support.

New client-side hardware and software are being tested and evaluated.

Assist in the setup of benchmark production workstations.
